Bikram Yoga is the fastest growing form of yoga worldwide. Bikram Yoga consists of 26 classic yoga postures and two breathing exercises. Classes are 90 minutes and taught in a heated room. Bikram Choudhury developed the series of postures in such a way that it offers maximum health to the whole body. In the 26 postures every muscle and joint is used.
