HOW DOES BIKRAM YOGA WORK?

Bikram Yoga is the fastest growing form of yoga worldwide. Bikram Yoga consists of  26 classic yoga postures and two breathing exercises. Classes are 90 minutes and taught in a heated room.  Bikram Choudhury developed the series of postures in such a way that it offers maximum health to the whole body. In the 26 postures every muscle and joint is used. Bikram Yoga offers physically the perfect combination between strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.  Mentally it strengthens among others self confidence, patience, self control but also the ability to concentrate. Bikram Yoga has been shown to have significant physical benefits for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Summer Schedule

From Monday July 14 until Sunday August 10 there is a summer schedule. 

On Tuesday - and Thursday evening there is no class at 20.00. All other classes are taught.
